How can I contact Saganto?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Norway.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so all changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of booking. Requests for this will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

 

When will my order be processed? 

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing your order during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and are shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship items on weekends.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders can take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.


Will I be charged duties and taxes? 

The prices shown on our website are duty and tax free in NOK (Norwegian kroner).That means you may be responsible for duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, customs duties and related fees may apply when the order arrives at the destination country and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities in your country. For further information on taxes, please contact your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuer within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card issuer with questions about when the credit will appear in your account. If you haven't received credit for your return yet, please contact your bank/card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
